The dinner is valued at $150 per head (total prize value $900), and will be hosted by Charlie Black of The Mysterious Mr Black (Barossa Valley), and Alex Sherrah of Sherrah Wines (McLaren Vale). Guests will dine Omakase style, feasting on some of Level One’s most popular dishes, while the winemakers present a Barossa v.
