Competition Terms and conditions – Your Mother’s Day Gift
1. The promoter of this promotion is Hawaiian (the "Promoter")
2. Entry to the promotion is open to residents of Western Australia. An entrant must be an
individual and not a company or organisation. Employees and immediate families of the
Promoter, any participating retailers and any person associated with the promotion, and
any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible
to enter.
3. Promotion commences at 9am Monday 7 May and runs until 4pm Saturday 12 May 2018.
4. For a customer to receive a free box of handmade chocolates, he or she is required to
provide proof of purchase for a single spend of more than $30 at a speciality store at
Hawaiian’s Melville. (Spend excludes Coles, Kirby Swim, Plus Fitness, Bankwest, AMG Real
Estate and Prescriptions).
5. The box of handmade chocolates will be available to claim from 11am to 4pm Friday 11 May
2018, or Saturday 12 May until all 100 have been claimed.
6. The single receipt must be dated from and including Monday 7 May to Saturday 12 May
2018. Receipts dated outside of these dates and multiple receipts with an aggregate spend
in excess of $30 will not be accepted.
7. A customer can only receive one free gift on any single receipt regardless of its total value.
Once a receipt has been presented, no balance amount or part thereof can be used for
future redemptions.
8. A customer can only receive one free gift per person.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database
and the entrants’ names and email addresses will be used to ensure compliance with the
terms and conditions of this promotion.
10. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the
Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The
Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply
with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter's website (if
any) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Entry into this promotion signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters decision will
be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to
limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice. There is no cash
alternative to the prize
