Find Yourself In a Library
 

Public Libraries are amazing places providing 24 hour access to e-library and online resources.

Submit a photo of yourself with any library item or resource, which can be taken anywhere, anytime, in (or out) of your public library.

COMPETITION OPEN FROM 14 MAY - 18 JUNE 2018

There are three Age Divisions:

11 and under
12 - 25 years
Over 25 years

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Guidelines

Entrants can submit a maximum of two entries for the competition.
The competition is open to people of all ages and abilities who are currently a member of their local library service.
The photograph must be taken within the dates mentioned.
Photos must be original, photographed by the entrant, and not infringe on any party’s intellectual rights.
Photographs can be colour or black and white, and filters and framing can be used.
Composite images and collages are not acceptable.
Photographs taken on any camera or device are eligible to enter the competition.
Photographs cannot exceed 3MB in file size.
 Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Public Libraries South Australia (PLSA).
To enter the promotion you must be a member of one library service within South Australia. The entry form will ask for library membership ID number.
Staff and elected members of Public Libraries South Australia and all library services within South Australia are not eligible to enter the competition.
This competition is only open to residents of South Australia.
By submitting your photographs, you agree that Public Libraries South Australia reserves the right to use the photographs for various media formats including, but not limited to advertisements, print media, social media and websites.
Entrants will be credited with the photographs when they are used.
Winners

At the closing date of the competition, an independent judging panel will select two final winners for each category
The prizes are as follows:
2 X $100 booktopia voucher for 11 and under years
2 X $100 booktopia voucher for 12-25 years
2 X $100 booktopia voucher for over 25 years
The judges’ decision will be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via their phone or email address, and will have 7 days to respond and pick up their prize from their chosen library branch.
Failure to respond within this timeframe or without the required information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
