Simply provide us with the requested information by 22 June 2018 and you will automatically be entered into the draw. *Competition terms and conditions The promoter is: WA Local Government Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd ABN 64 066 797 162, AFSL 269006, as Trustee for WA Local Government Superannuation Plan ABN 18 159 499 614 Employees or any associates of WA Super, Western Financial or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. You will automatically be entered into the draw if you either: Enter your details by accessing the link contained in your email or letter, or Complete and return the hardcopy form if it has been posted to you. Closing time and date for entry will be 12pm WST on 22 June 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The prize for the winner is as follows: 5 x $100 visa gift cards ($500 in total). The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
