Terms and Conditions
WIN a Luxury Homewares Package
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this
“Win a Luxury Homewares Package Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
The Promoter is Retpro Group, on behalf of the shopping centre named Tweed Mall Shopping Centre,
16-62 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads, NSW, Australia. 2485 (“The Promoter”)
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter
and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail
employees and their immediate families within Tweed Mall Shopping Centre.
3. This Promotion commences at 10.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Standard Time (“AEST”) on
Monday, 28th May 2018 and ends at 4.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Sunday,
10th June 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
4. One winner/s will be determined by barrel draw at Centre Management Office, Tweed Mall Shopping
Centre, 16-32 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads at 9am, Tuesday 12th June 2018 and be notified within 2
business days via phone and or email. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. An unclaimed prize draw will take place on Tuesday 11th September 2018 at 9am in the
same location as above. The winner/s will again be notified directly via phone and email.
5. The Major prize will consist of one (1) $1398.00 lounge suite, one (1) $359.00 coffee table, one (1)
$89.00 artwork, one(1) $259.00 plant, one (1) $329.00 rug, six (6) $165 cushions. Second (2nd) prize
consists of $500 Loot Homewares store voucher. Third (3rd) prize consists of a $250 Loot Homewares
store voucher. The total prize pool is $3349.00. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not
transferrable. The winner must be able to provide a receipt as proof of purchase upon request. If the
valid receipt cannot be produced, a redraw for the prize will take place.
6. To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must complete the following:
Spend a minimum of $100 or more in a single transaction at a Tweed Mall Supermarket, or $60 in a
single transaction or more at Tweed Mall Target or $30 in a single transaction or more in a Tweed Mall
specialty store. Participating retailers will provide the qualifying customer with an entry form to complete
and place in the entry barrel located in Centre Court, near Target. Customers must complete all
mandatory sections of the entry form, including opting in to become a Centre VIP by having a valid
email address in order to receive email communications from Tweed Mall.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the
entrants’ names and address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by
the promoter and its associated parties unless the entrant has indicated otherwise. Tweed Mall takes
seriously its obligation to safeguard personal information regarding its customers.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time subject to written directions
from state regulatory bodies.
