Entry instructions After you have made a Qualifying Purchase, you must during the Competition Period, visit www.swisse.com (Website) and follow the prompts to complete and submit the online entry form including by: (a) uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase receipt; (b) providing the receipt number from your Qualifying Purchase receipt; and (c) providing your personal details as required including but not limited to your first name, last name, residential address, contact phone number, email address and age. The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the major prize. The next 2 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a second tier prize. How and when will the winners be informed? If you are a winner, you will be informed by phone and in writing within one day of the draw and the major winner's name will be published on the Website on 05/07/2018 for a period of 28 days. Any such second/third tier prize winner will be informed by phone and in writing by email within one day of determination. You must keep your tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets. 4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Australia vs New Zealand match at Nissan Stadium, Yokohama on 27/10/2018 is abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason and you and your companion will not be given any cash or alternative tickets as a substitute for attending the event.
