If a winner of a prize is subsequently found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Conditions, the prize will be forfeited. The person claiming the prize as the winner must provide positive identification. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected prize claims.
