The Merry Widow is a delicious confection; an irresistibly frothy tale overflowing with glamour and is an all-round visual delight from start to finish. Flaring a uniquely Australian style, with artistry and athleticism, The Merry Widow’s premise follows the story of a tiny nation, Pontevedro, that is on the verge of bankruptcy and the protagonist Count Danilo must rescue his country by marrying the newly widowed and spectacularly wealthy Hanna Glawari.

A story filled with lavish humour, wow moments, show-stopping costumes and breathtaking dancing, The Merry Widow is an incredible theatrical experience and one not to be missed. There is plenty of love to go around in this story of amorous encounters and elegant romance.
