Two of life’s many pleasures include cats (of course) and a nice soothing cup of tea. The philosopher and poet Ralph Waldo Emerson once expressed: “There is a great deal of poetry and fine sentiment in a chest of tea.”



We pondered how to combine our love for cats with our enjoyment of tea and were delighted to find a design company called Gongdreen from Korea who create beautiful and elegant tea bag sets in cat motif illustrations. >^..^<

Purrfectly packaged as a gift set, the boxes come with 6 individually wrapped bags of hibiscus black tea with each one adorned in a different cat design.



The packets look delightfully whimsical, playful and captivating and each one contains a bag of delicious hibiscus black tea. According to Medium, hibiscus tea is rich in vitamin C, minerals and various antioxidants, and has been shown to provide relief from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as digestive, immune system, and inflammatory problems. It can also speed up the metabolism and help in healthy, gradual weight loss.



And if you’re still not fully feline it, the used tea bag tags can be used as book marks (see photo below). Purrty darn clever huh!
