Presented by 'Cricks Mt Gravatt', this years event features all day Drag Racing, ’Show n Shine’, Dyno competition, Lunchtime Cruise, Mopar Merchandise and trade stalls. For your chance to secure a family pass to head along, make sure you get you entry in while you’re here. Gates open at 7am for an 8am start. Competition opens 14/07/2018 and closes at 10am on 23/07/2018. moparsunday-poster2.jpg Drag Racing Drag Racing is open to all Mopar's - new, restored, original, showpiece or dedicated drag car, modified street car or stock rides or even top fuel, its a celebration of all that is Mopar. To enter your vehicle and get in on the track action, register online or download entry forms at moparsunday.com. We are running our popular dial your own time format with brackets of 0 - 10.99, 11 - 12.99, 13 - 14.99 and 15 & over. Show n Shine The Redline Performance ’Show n Shine’ hosted by the Qld Chrysler Association, offers 23 trophies up for grabs. If you would like to display your Mopar whether it be US, Aussie, classic or modern, just follow the signs to the designated area adjacent to the start line. There is also a dedicated Jeep section. 'Show n Shine' entry is free once you are in the gate and you are also welcome to participate even if you are racing. Vehicle positions are available on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you arrive early. The QCA staff will register you on arrival and give you an entrant number. Voting is peoples choice, so please fill out the tear off slip with your favourites and return it to the box provided. Trophy presentations take place just in front of the Mopar Sunday merchandise stand, at 3.30. ‘Show n Shine’ entrants and spectators do not need to pre-register. Lunchtime Cruise For 2018, we are offering a lunchtime cruise session for those that prefer a slower run on the strip. Entrants that do not wish to participate in the racing can still have a chance to take their machines on the track for a casual cruise session. Dyno The Dyno machine will be running all day and this year we are giving away 40 free entries (stayed tuned on Facebook for details). Spectators If you would prefer to spectate, you can sit back and watch the racing, take in the views around the ‘show n shine’, pick up some memorabilia or just catch up with fellow Mopar enthusiasts. Spectator tickets are now available online at moparsunday.com or by purchase at the gate prior to entry. 'Weekend in a Jeep' Follow Cricks Mt Gravatt and Mopar Sunday on Facebook for updates and your chance to win a 'Weekend in a Jeep' thanks to Cricks Mt Gravatt. Conditions apply.
