Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Persons under the age of 18 may enter only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. If such consent is not given, the entry will be deemed invalid and any prize forfeit for a redraw. 2. Entry By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. A person may only enter this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period. In order for the Promoter to notify the winners, the entrant must provide his or her full name and e-mail address. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must purchase a pair of Prive Revaux sunglasses from Catch.com.au during the Promotion Period, then submit the respective order ID and personal details along with stating in 25 words or less, why they would like to meet Hailee in person in Las Vegas within the competition page. 3. Prizes Prize will consist of; • Return international economy airfares from the winner’s capital city to Las Vegas for 2 people, inclusive of; o 1pieceofcheckedluggageperperson(maximumweightappliespertraveller) • 3 Nights Accommodation at a hotel in Las Vegas for 2 people • 2 tickets to see Hailee Steinfeld in concert at the Palms in Las Vegas • Meet and Greet with Hailee Steinfeld The total prize pool will be valued at up to $3,500. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 4. Draw This is a game of skill. The winner with the most creative answer as judged by the Promoter will be chosen as the prize winner, by 3PM AEST on 1st August 2018. 5. Winners The winners of the prize will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook account at 3PM AEST on 2nd August 2018. The winning entrant will be required to sign a waiver document in order to claim the prize. Refusal to sign such a waiver will entitle the Promoter to forfeit the Prize and redraw the winner. After announcement of the winner, the Promoter will notify the winner via email to arrange delivery of the prize. |
