Car Park Competition – 4th July 2018

Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
Employees of the Promoter (Fed Square Pty Ltd) and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter
Fed Square is providing for competition purposes 1 x 6 month Car Parking pass, the total prize value of this competition is $2,310.
To be eligible, entrants must use the Fed Square carpark, and use their ticket receipt number as proof of this on the online entry form. Entrants must also answer the question ‘tell us what you love most about Fed Square?’ and complete the online entry form.
Entries must be submitted between the open and close dates. Entrants are permitted to submit one entry only.
The best answer to the question will be judged as the winner. This is a competition of skill.
Competition is open from 9AM AEST Wednesday July 4 and closes 11:59PM AEST Tuesday August 7.
The winners will receive a confirmation email and the 6month pass will be mailed to the winner upon receiving their best postal address. Fed Square takes no responsibility for lost post.
Pass is valid for 6months from Monday August 13th
Winners provide Fed Square with the ability to publish their full name on social media as part of the competition to promote the competition and to announce the winner.
Not valid with any other offer. Ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
Lost ticket cannot be replaced.
Standard conditions of entry to the Fed Square car park apply.
Fed Square Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Fed Square Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to general unforeseen circumstances, Fed Square Pty Ltd is not liable to replace the prize.
