TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The competition period: The competition opens at 9am on Friday 10 August and closes at 7pm on Sunday 19 August 2018, with the winner announced by email or phone by a Brisbane City Council officer by 22 August 2018. How to enter: Entrants are to decorate a tree leaf in the children’s maker space, attach the entry form and place the entry in the barrel at Brisbane City Council’s Ekka stand at the Woolworths Fresh Food Pavilion, Brisbane Showgrounds. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must: a) decorate a leaf and fully and legibly complete all the details on the official entry form and place it in the barrel; b) not be an employee or contracted staff of Council or the Promoter; and c) have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the competition. Competition Draw: The winner will be randomly drawn by a Council Officer on 22 August 2018. The winner of the prize will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn. The decision of that officer shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone by a Council Officer by 22 August 2018. Re-Draw: If the winner does not claim the prize or cannot be contacted by email or phone by 27 August 2018, the Promoter will redraw the prize winner until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed. |
