Taking some of the same produce and ingredients that helped shape Sono’s award winning menu, Head Chef Ryuji-San conceptualised the creations of his dishes by simplifying them into a more accessible, casual dining experience without compromising on quality or taste. On Friday 24 August between 2pm to 4pm, Motto Motto Chermside will be dishing out it’s signature crunchy Chicken Karaage and tender Wagyu Beef Japanese rolls – made with premium ingredients in a Hokkaido-style milk bun.
