TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

 

The Promoter:

    The Promoter is Eco Structures Australia Pty Ltd (Eco Structures Australia) of 24 Marine Terrace, Fremantle Western Australia.

 

 

The Prize:

    The winner will receive a 4.2M Deluxe Eco Tent (to the value of $21,588 AUD).
    The prize consists of:
        4.2m x 4.2m single room with 1.8m deep raised veranda deck.
        RT12 Canvas walls and ceilings
        WPC external flooring
        Floor joist and bearers Galvanized 200C
        Eco Anchors
        Steel Structural Frame – Hot dipped galvanized steel
    The prize must be taken as offered. Any variations will incur extra costs.
    The Prize value includes shipping to the main port nearest to the winners location as stated on the entry form.
    The winner is responsible for all expenses once they have received the tent, including installation and freight from their nearest large port.
    The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate council/shire approvals and/or approval from local authority to install a 4.2M Eco Tent on their property.
    The Winner is responsible for all costs incurred with the Installation of the 4.2M Eco Tent.
    The Eco Tent is designed to be easily assembled and takes around 2 days to install. The Promoter will provide a comprehensive Installation Guide. For information on Installation of the Eco Tent, visit: http://ecostructures.com.au/faq/

 

 

How to Enter:

    The competition commences on Tuesday the 4th of September at 8:00AM AWST and closes on Friday the 30th of November at 11:00AM AWST the “Promotional Period” (Entry Period Over).
    Entry to this competition requires the entrant to do the following:
        Download the “Eco Structures AR” App
        Take a picture using the App of an Eco Structure
        Submit this image on the competition landing page located at: http://ecostructures.com.au/give-away
    Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
    One (1) website entry is permitted per person. And One (1) social media entry is permitted per person.
    Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the “Promotional Period” will not be included in the competition.
    Entrants must be above the age of 18.

 

 

The Draw:

    This competition is a game of chance.
    The draw will take place on the 30th November 2018 at 2:00PM AWST at the offices of Eco Structures Australia.
    The first valid entry drawn at random will win the Prize.
    The Prize winner will be notified via the email address submitted on the entry form by 2:30PM AWST on the 30th November 2018. The contact details used will be those provided on the entry form located on – http://ecostructures.com.au/give-away
    After the initial e-mail contact, the Prize winner will be further contacted by Eco Structures Australia to arrange delivery.

 

 

Unclaimed Prize:

    If the prize is unclaimed by Wednesday 12 December 2018 10:00AM AWST, a draw for the unclaimed Prize will take place on Thursday 13 December 2018 at 9:00AM AWST.
    The first valid entry drawn at random will win the Prize.
    The Prize winner will be notified via the email address submitted on the entry form by 13 November 2018.

    After the initial e-mail contact, the Prize winner will be further contacted by Eco Structures Australia to arrange delivery.

 

 

Privacy and Consent of the Entrant:

    In entering into this competition you agree that the promotor will have full ownership of the imagery you provide as part of the entry requirements.
    By entering this competition the entrant gives the Promoter permission to use personal information, as  provided on the entry form, for future and ongoing member communications, including for general marketing purposes.
    You do not have to give the Promoter the information requested but if you do not, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into the draw. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you and ask the Promoter to correct it if you believe it is incorrect or out of date.
    The entrant is solely liable for the costs he or she incurs in entering the Promotion and claiming the Prize.

 

 

No Liability of the Promoter and others

    The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the competition. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
    The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information that is provided in association with this competition.
    As a condition of accepting the prize, the prize winner may be requested to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
