Spanish Airs weeknights at 6pm, from 8 October The team from tapas bar and restaurant, Aņada, run by Head Chef Maria Kabal, have their work cut out for them this week. The home cooks know their stuff and wow the judges with their regional Spanish cooking know-how and techniques.
