Cash Bonanza will commence on Tuesday 2 January 2018 and will conclude on 18 December 2018, with fifty-one (51) draws over the promotional period. The Draws will be held at Workers Blacktown ONLY. Rules & Conditions 1. Financial members of the Blacktown Workers Group will need to swipe their membership card at either one of the rewards kiosks between 5pm and 6:30pm sharp to receive their virtual entry. The draw will commence shortly after. Once the promotion has commenced no further entries will be issued; 2. Members will receive one (1) virtual entry only; 3. The promotion will be conducted at Workers Blacktown ONLY and members MUST be present at this venue to win: • Workers Blacktown 55 Campbell Street Blacktown (02 9830 0600) 4. The weekly draws will be conducted from 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings from 2 January to 18 December 2018 inclusive; 5. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they swipe their membership card to enter the draw; 6. The winners name/s will be announced via the Clubs PA system; 7. Announcements will NOT be heard in Cucina Restaurant on level 5, in the Bungaribee Buffet, Tingha Palace or Definition Gym thus it will be the responsibility of members to ensure they are within the promotional area during the draws, for them to be heard; 8. Each winner will have 4 minutes to claim their prize; if not claimed within the 4 minutes, then another draw will take place until all prizes have been won; 9. From 6:30pm members names will be drawn using our virtual barrel. The members called will have the opportunity to choose a treasure chest off the promotional display board, which beneath will show the cash amount won; 10. $3000 will be given away with a total of 28 prizes weekly; 11. There will be 1428 cash prizes to be won over the promotional period, at a total cash amount of $153,000 Prizes: • 1x $1,000 • 2 x $250 • 5 x $100 • 20 x $50 12. The club takes no responsibility for any system errors with the rewards kiosks that may occur during the promotional period. 13. Promotion entrants and claimants must have their current Membership Card with them at the time of the draw and MUST be a full financial member to swipe and claim a prize. No claims will otherwise be accepted; 14. No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of the promotion; 15. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance to all terms and conditions; 16. Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future club promotion; 17. Only financial members of BWC Group may participate in this promotion. This excludes pending members, suspended members, members that have been excluded and members that have dishonoured cheques outstanding; 18. Directors, Management & Staff of Blacktown Workers Club Group, including Contractors and their employees, are not eligible to enter the promotion; 19.
