Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 065 011 903), C2 192 Burwood Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3122. Telephone (03) 9815 4400. Priceline Pty Ltd is the issuer of Priceline Pharmacy eGift Cards, but is not the promoter of the offer.
The promotion and purchase period commences from 23rd of December 2018 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 23rd of January 2019 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must be a registered Entertainment Membership, and have purchased a Priceline Pharmacy eGift Card(s) through www.entertainmentbook.com.au/priceline within the Promotion Period to automatically go into the draw to win. One entry per purchase.
Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (including adopted children), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Priceline Pharmacy eGift Card Promotion will be drawn at 1pm AEST on 24th January 2019 at Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty Ltd, Level 5, 68 Harrington Street, The Rocks NSW 2000. The winners will be notified in writing by email and phone (as per details provided) the next working day, and the winners’ details will be published on www.entertainmentbook.com.au/promotions by 5pm AEST on 25th January 2019.
If the prize is not claimed by 5pm AEST on 23rd March 2019, a re-draw will take place at midday AEST on 24th March 2019 at the above address, and the winners will be notified as per Clause 6 above.
