1) Information and instructions on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2) Entry is open to Australia residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees, Directors and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and retailers associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Promotion Dates
3) The promotion commences Thursday 10thOctober 2019 at 10.00am (AEST) and closes on Tuesday 29th October @ 11.59pm(AEST), (“Promotional Period”).
4) This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creativity of their answer provided in their entry.
5) To submit a valid entry, an Eligible Entrant must, during the relevant Promotional Period, tell us “tell us what's your favourite time of day to enjoy a Bürgen®️ creation and why .” in the comments section of the post for this promotion on either:
a) the Burgen Australia Facebook and like the Burgen Australia Facebook page; or
b) Burgen Australia Instagram page and follow the Burgen Australia Instagram page.
Answers must be original and authentic and cannot be sourced or replicated from a third party (including from the internet). Entries must be accompanied by your liking the Burgen Australia Facebook page or following the Burgen Australia Instagram page for the duration of the Promotion in order to be valid. Entrants’ profiles and posts must be on public display and contain adequate details to allow the Promoter to identify the entrant for the entrant to be eligible for entry.
6) Illegible, late, incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid and therefore ineligible to enter the Promotion or win the prize. Any dispute relating to whether entries have been received or not, will be determined by the Promoter, whose decision is final. Incomplete, inaccurate, underage, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and/or delete any posts which do not comply with these terms and conditions, the Facebook terms of use or which are illegal or offensive, in the opinion of the Promoter.
7) An Eligible Entrant may submit multiple entries during the Promotion Period provided they submit a different answer each time. These terms and conditions apply to each valid entry.
