Terms and Conditions

    The Promoter is Adventure Operations Australia Pty Ltd ABN 77 010 916 006 trading as Tradeflame, 71 Charles Ulm Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, Telephone: 07 3193 1110 (the Promoter / Tradeflame).
    The Competition is not a game of chance. The Competition is a game of skill. The skill being derived in the quality of the written submission judged by Tradeflame.
    To form a valid entry into the “Fridge/Freezer Giveaway” (the Competition) a potential entrant must provide all requested details.
    Tradeflame will use the collected personal information for the purpose of operating the competition and for the purposes of our marketing efforts but will not be disclosed to third parties
    To form a valid entry a potential entrant must:
    • be a resident of Australia,
    • have a physical address within mainland Australia and Tasmania,
    • be over 15 years of age with the permission of a parent or guardian to enter if under the age of 18.
    Winners will be notified by email and any other method which Tradeflame deems appropriate.
    Entry is limited to one entry per person.
    The Entrant grants Tradeflame an unlimited license to use the material in which the Entrant’s copyright subsists. In consideration for the rights granted, Tradeflame will judge and consider the written answer for the applicable competition category.
    The Competition will close for entries on the 31st day of May 2020 at 11:59PM (AEST).
    The Competition will be judged by Tradeflame on merit and winners announced for each category.
    The judge’s decision is final and beyond review.
    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
