Win A $500 Neuw Denim Wardrobe & A Pair Of Holly Ryan Gold Picasso Earrings
To enter the draw to win a $500 Neuw Denim wardrobe & a pair of Holly Ryan Gold Picasso Earrings, complete the entry form on the Neuw Denim competition page.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, each entrant has the ability to gain extra votes to win by sharing their unique entry referral link to invite others to enter. To be credited for a referral, a user must enter using the unique entry referral link and complete at least one action.

The winning entry will be drawn at random by Neuw Denim at Three By One Pty Ltd, 68-70 Hanover Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3121, Australia on Thursday 14 May 2020. The winner will be notified via email by on this day and the name of the winner will be notified publicly.

If the email address of the winner supplied is invalid, then the winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn. If the prize is not claimed by  Friday 15 May 2020 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted. In this event, no compensation will be given to the original winner. Additional reserve entries will be drawn in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The first valid entry drawn will win an AU$500 Neuw Denim wardrobe & a pair of Holly Ryan Gold Picasso Earrings.

The total prize pool has a value of AU$780. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.

The name and email address of each entrant will be added to the Neuw Denim & the Holly Ryan customer database for marketing and communications purposes. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from Neuw Denim & the Holly Ryan. Customers can elect to discontinue communications at any time.

This competition is open to all residents of Australia, New Zealand, United States & Europe over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers,contractors and their immediate families of Neuw Denim and Three By One Pty Ltd or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Neuw Denim will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:

theft or fraud;

the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;

an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control;

any third-party interference;

any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software;

the redemption of gift vouchers; and

participation in this competition generally.

If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control, Neuw Denim may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate.  In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Neuw Denim website.

The competition commences at 8am AEDT on Thursday 30 April and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 13 May 2020.
