1.The promoter is Alinta Apparel Pty Ltd whose registered office is 5/8 StockyardPlace, West Gosford, NSW 2250.2.The competition is open to residents of Australia 18 years or over, (if 13-17 withparent or guardian consent), except employees of Alinta Apparel and theirclose relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation orjudging of the competition.3.Winner will be drawn at the end of every month after the school receives thedelivery of garments.4.There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.5.By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to bebound by these terms and conditions.6.The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are on theAlinta Apparel Instagram and Facebook page.7.Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the sameperson will be disqualified.8.The competition opens on Wednesday 1st May 2019 at 9:00 am and closes onTuesday 30th June 2020 at 5:00 pm. After this date, no further entries to thecompetition will be permitted.9.No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:To enter: take a photograph of yourself (the receiver of the commemorativegarment), share it on their own personal Instagram account, tag the hashtag“#alintaleavers” and tag Alinta Apparel Instagram profile @alintaapparel.Instagram accounts have to be set to public for the post to be viewed.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and theseterms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil ormilitary disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicablelaw or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changesto the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrantby any third party connected with this competition.The prize is as follows:The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes arenon-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right tosubstitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointedby the Promoter Alinta Apparel Pty Ltd and will be judged based on creativity andcomposition.The winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be directmessaged by an Alinta Apparel Pty Ltd representative, and Alinta Apparel Pty Ltdwill also announce the winner on their Instagram stories. The winner will then needto contact Alinta Apparel Pty Ltd through email: sales@alinta.com.
