Horror movie maestro William Castle (The Tingler) followed his role model Alfred Hitchcock into TV with this thrilling anthology series of suspense thillers concentrating on individuals confronted with supernatural occurrences. Sebastian Cabot (Family Affair) took the persona of Winston Essex - the owener of a mysterious hotel - who introduced the story.
