Entry Method   To enter the Competition, you must:
• be a resident of Australia aged eighteen years or over.

Judging Date   Winner will be drawn 10:00am AEST Wednesday 2nd September 2020 at the offices of FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd - Suite 1.01, 26 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086
Judging Criteria   The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged based answer to the Competition Question, as determined by the judge(s).
Winner Notification   The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 2nd September 2020, , using the contact details provided on his/her entry
Publishing Results   FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd will publish the name and suburb of the winner on FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd website or Facebook page
Claim Period   The winner will have until 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 9th September 2020 to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the Prize by this date, the winner will forfeit the Prize.
Unclaimed Prize   If, after making all reasonable attempts, FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd cannot contact the winner or if the winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, select the entrant with the next best entry as the winner or retain the unclaimed prize.
Prize Delivery   To claim the Prize, the winner must provide FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd with an Australian mailing address (not a PO Box) for the delivery of their prize. FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd will, at its expense, dispatch the Prize by courier to the winner within 30 days from the date FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd receives the mailing addresses from the winner.
Undelivered Prize   If the Prize is returned to FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd for whatever reason, FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain the returned Prize.
Publicity   The winner must, at FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd reasonable request, participate in all promotional and publicity activities (such as photography and filming) surrounding the winning of the Prize, and the winner consents FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd using his or her name and photos in promotional material.
Collection of Information   FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd collects your personal information for the purpose of conducting its business and the Competition (including determining and notifying the winners).
