Terms and Conditions


1. Competition starts 10am Monday, 31st August 2020 and closes at 5pm Sunday 6th September 2020.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

3. Entry is open to all residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and above, except Centre staff, their families, agents and contractors of Primewest Erskine Central Shopping Centre, who are not eligible to enter this competition.

4. To enter this competition, customers must:

            a) Follow Primewest Erskine Central on Facebook

b) Comment on the “Share Your Memories with Dad & Win” competition post.

5. Entry is limited to one person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

6. Total prize pool is valued at 200.00 and includes:

• 2 x $100 Primewest Erskine Central EFTPOS Gift Cards

7. The prize draws will occur on Tuesday, September 8th 2020; prize winners do not need to be present at the prize draws.

8. The prize-winner will be drawn randomly from the correct entries on Facebook and Instagram.

9. The prize-winner will be notified via private message on either the Primewest Erskine Central Facebook.

10. The winner’s name will be announced on Friday, September 11th 2020 on Facebook & Instagram.

11. The prize-winner will be responsible for liaising with the Primewest Erskine Central Shopping Centre representative to arrange redemption of their prize.

12. The gift voucher elements of prizes may be subject to individual store gift voucher conditions of use; prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. Further Terms may be applied by the prize venue if required.

14. Primewest Erskine Central Shopping Centre reserves the right to deem any entry invalid if it breaches the nature of the promotion.

15. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Primewest Erskine Central Shopping Centre reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.

17. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the promotion, including loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.

18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.

19. By entering into this promotion each entrant provides consent for the promoter and permanent tenants of Primewest Erskine Central Shopping Centre to use the information supplied for various commercial purposes, including marketing, planning and research.

20. This competition is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with Facebook in any way shape or form.

21. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only.

22. Details collected may be used for marketing purposes.
