It’s International Coffee Day on the Thursday 1st of October 2020 and to celebrate we’ll be grinding away 4 Fishies own coffee blend between 10:30 am to 7 pm free of charge. Take the family. Kids get free babycinos! We have activities like board games and colouring activities to keep them entertained while you enjoy your coffee 🙂 Did you know 4 Fishes has our own blend of coffee beans? Before we opened up, I remember we spent weeks sitting down with coffee roasters testing and tasting different types of beans. For each formula, we made different types of coffees to see how it tasted. Long Blacks, Short Blacks, Lattes, Cappuccinos etc and even different types of milk. In the end, we landed on a blend that was amazing with milk, non-dairy milk and with no milk. Don’t take a word for it, come in a try for free on the 1st of October. Consistency is key to great coffee There’s a couple of things we do to keep an our coffee great all the time. We opted out from using micro-roasters for our beans. As the coffee can vary from batch to batch. Our coffee is roasted in a controlled environment. Our coffee machine is adjusted multiple times a day. The weather can affect the extracting process. We change the grind and extraction to ensure the taste is the same throughout the day. Only trained staff make your coffee.
