Rules (Terms & Conditions)
Eligibility
 Entry is open to members aged 18 years and over.
 The winner must be in the clubhouse and present themselves with their members’ card,
within 4 minutes of their name being announced when drawn from 10:30pm on
27/02/2021. (eligible entrants)
 Anyone conducting the trade promotion, including determining the winners, is ineligible to
enter.
 Staff and contractors of Howlong Golf Resort and staff of IGT are not eligible to enter.
Entry
 The Promotion commences at 7:00pm on Saturday 06/02/2021, entries close at 10:29pm on
27/02/2021 and the draw will take place from 10:30pm on 27/02/2021.
 To enter, Eligible Entrants must ensure their member’s card is swiped at the point of sale at
the Clubhouse bar. One ticket will be given for each eligible bar transaction during the
promotion period. Entrants must then place their ticket in the barrel before 10:29pm on
27/02/2021 to be in the draw.
 Eligible purchases are all Lion Nathan on-tap products (namely Furphy and Iron Jack)
purchased from the Clubhouse sports bar between 7:00pm and 10:29pm on Saturday
06/02/2021, 13/02/2021, 20/02/2021 and/or 27/02/2021.
Prizes and Conditions
 The random prize draw of the Assassin AK250 Quad Bike will take place from 10:30pm on
Saturday 27/02/2021 at the Howlong Golf Resort clubhouse, 186 Golf Club Drive, Howlong,
NSW, Australia.
 A non-member or staff member will draw all members’ tickets.
 The name and member number of the winning member will be audibly and clearly
announced so that all patrons who have a ticket in the draw have the opportunity of hearing
the announcement through the club’s public address system.
 If any of the winning members fails to present himself or herself with their members’ card
to the person who conducted the draw within 4 minutes of the announcement, a re-draw
will take place and the process will continue until a successful entrant presents himself or
herself, as the quad bike is guaranteed to be won on the night of the draw.
 The promoter is Howlong Country Golf Club, known as Howlong Golf Resort, 186 Golf Club
Drive, Howlong NSW 2643.
There is no requirement for an authority under the NSW Fair Trading Trade Promotions guidelines
(version 30-06-20) as the total prize value for a single trade promotion does not exceed $10,000.
