This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
This promotion runs from Friday 1st January, 2021 until Sunday 31st January, 2021.
One entry per person.
Prize includes a fresh produce pack worth more than $250 and a Snap Fitness Annual Membership.
Only the winner/s can receive the prize.
Prize cannot be substituted for other items.
The promoters accept no responsibility for the winner/s not being able to claim the prize.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age, however prize recipients (including families) can be of any age.
An eligible entry includes the following steps
Access the entry form on the competition webpage.
Correctly complete all details and required fields.
Enter a valid email to subscribe to the Hawthorne Garage newsletters, and agree to recieve information and news from Hawthorne Garage and Snap Fitness.
The winner/s will be selected by a random draw on Monday 1st February, 2021.
The draw result is final and no discussion will be entered into.

This competition is open to Queensland residents only.

The winner/s will be notified by email and phone within 4 days of the prize draw.

If the winner/s has not claimed the prize within 4 days of the draw a re-draw will take place and the prize will be forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for any product.
The promoters reserve the right to change details of the prize at any time. Any change in the value of the prize during the entry period and the date the prize is received is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The promoters may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
The promoters shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense arising out of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize draw including any damage or injury suffered or sustained including personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise.
