Promotion Period Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6am AEDT Monday 25 January 2021 Entry into the Promotion closes at: 8.30am AEDT Friday 5 February 2021 5. Eligible States and Territories Clause 2 NSW, Central Coast 6. Age Restriction Clause 2 Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 15 years of age or over. If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the prize or participating in the Promotion. On-Air Challenge At various times during the Promotion Period, between Monday 1 February 2021 and Thursday 4 February 2021, representatives of the Promoter will: (a) select various entrant/s (exact number to be determined by the Promoter) judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry/entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant); (b) contact the Selected Entrant/s on their Personal Contact Numbers and place them on the standby list for that day; and (c) on Monday 1 February 2021, the Promoter will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entry from all entrants on the relevant day’s standby list to appear on-air and participate in the On-Air Challenge first. Thereafter, the Promoter will invite the previous weekday’s carryover champion to participate in the On-Air Challenge first; (d) if the Selected Entrant successfully participates in the On-Air Challenge (in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions) for the purpose of the Promotion, the On-Air Challenge will conclude for that day, the Selected Entrant will be deemed a carryover champion and be invited back to participate in the On-Air Challenge first the next weekday (if applicable) (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); (e) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully participate in the On-Air Challenge (in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions) for the purpose of the Promotion, they will not be deemed a carryover champion or receive any prize, and the Promoter will move on to the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the next ‘best’ entry on the relevant day’s standby list and invite them to participate in the On-Air Challenge; (f) the Promoter will repeat this process each weekday until a carryover champion is determined. On Friday 5 February 2021, the Promoter will repeat the above process, and: (g) if the Selected Entrant successfully participates in the On-Air Challenge (in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions) for the purpose of the Promotion, the On-Air Challenge will conclude and the Selected Entrant will be deemed the winner of the Promotion and be awarded the prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); (h) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully participate in the On-Air Challenge (in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions) for the purpose of the Promotion, they will not be deemed a winner or receive any prize, and the Promoter will move on to the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the next ‘best’ entry on the relevant day’s standby list and invite them to participate in the On-Air Challenge; (i) the Promoter will repeat this process until a winner of the Promotion is determined and the prize is awarded. 9. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air (if applicable) Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable). Calling in and speaking to Promoter For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize (where applicable).
