Terms and conditions: ‘Update your details’ competition Diabetes Victoria (on behalf of the NDSS) Type 1 ‘Update your contact details’ competition: Terms and Conditions The Promoter is Diabetes Victoria (ABN 71 005 239 510) whose registered office is at 570 Elizabeth St, Melbourne VIC 3000. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. Participants must complete and submit the online survey by the nominated closing date to be eligible to win. The rules of the competition and the prizes for the winners are as follows: Must be aged 18 – 29 years (inclusive) Must update your contact details (email and/or mobile number) on the following NDSS webpage: ndss.com.au/about-the-ndss/manage-your-registration/update-your-details/ during the campaign period of 8 January – 28 February 2021. Will deem you eligible to win one of eight (8) $20 Coles gift cards/ vouchers. There is (8) possible winners of this competition. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and Diabetes Victoria takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a prize recipient receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that prize recipient. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible by the Promoter. The winners will be chosen at random from a draw by a staff member appointed by Diabetes Victoria after the nominated closing date. The winners will be contacted within a month of the survey’s nominated closing date. If we are unable to get in contact with the winners after three attempts, a new winner will be drawn. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
