By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The prize does not include flights and/or transfers to/from the winner’s home to the departure port of Sydney or Brisbane (dependent on which prize is won by each Major Prize Winner). Any costs associated with transport to/from the departure port will be the responsibility of the Major Prize Winners and their travelling companions, and will not be borne by the Promoter. Shore excursions or other onboard activities, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. 40. If the winner/s is under the age of 18 as at the date on which the winner is determined, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize. Further Terms and Conditions 41.
