By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Only entries that have registered to take part in the 2021 Mother’s Day Classic Local will go in the draw to randomly win 1 of 3 Family Fitness Packs. The prize is 3 x Family Fitness Packs. Each pack includes 4 x pairs of Saucony shoes (RRP $220 for adult and 2 x RRP $120 for children) and 4 x Fitbits ( Fitbit Charge 4 with RRP of $229.95 and Fitbit Inspire HR tracker with RRP of $179.95). Each family pack includes 2 adult’s shoes, 2 children’s shoes, 2 Fitbit Charge 4 and 2 Fitbit inspire HR tracker with a value of $1499.80) Total prize value of $4,499.40. The winning entries for the prize competition will be drawn on THURSDAY 01 APRIL, 2021, (10.00am) (AEST) at the Mother’s Day Classic Foundation office – 150 Lonsdale St Melbourne Vic 3000. The winning entry will be selected using a randomly generated draw via random.org by a staff member of MDCF. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified 48 hours after the winner has been drawn, via email and published on Mother’s Day website at: https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions The winner will have 3 months to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, MDC will draw a replacement winner for the competition. The redraw of the replacement winner (should this be necessary) will occur at FRDAY 02 JULY, 2021 (10.00am). The replacement winner will be notified in writing via email and will receive a phone call following the prize draw. The replacement winner (if required) will be published on Mother’s Day Classic website at: https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions Prizes do not include upgrades, accessories or additional services. These can be purchased separately. Entries will be collected online on Mother’s Day Classic website https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry. The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 60 days from date of claim for prize for delivery. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
