Entry is limited to one (1) entry per email address.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia.
Only entries that have registered for Mother’s Day Classic Local 2021 on or before Friday 30th April will go in the draw to randomly win 1 of 5 Fitness Packs.
The prize is 5 x Fitness Packs each containing 1 pair of Saucony shoes (RRP $220) and 1 x Fitbit Charge 4 (RRP $229.95). Each pack is valued at $449.95 with a total prize value of $2,249.75.
The winning entries for the prize competition will be drawn on TUESDAY 11 MAY, 2021, (10.00am) (AEST) at the Mother’s Day Classic Foundation office – 150 Lonsdale St Melbourne Vic 3000.
The winning entry will be selected using a randomly generated draw via random.org by a staff member of MDCF. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified on WEDNESDAY 12 MAY, 2021, via email and published on Mother’s Day website at: https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions
The winner will have 3 months to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, MDC will draw a replacement winner for the competition.
The redraw of the replacement winner (should this be necessary) will occur at THURSDAY 12 AUGUST, 2021 (10.00am). The replacement winner will be notified in writing via email and will receive a phone call on WEDNESDAY 13 AUGUST 2021 (10.00am). The replacement winner (if required) will be published on Mother’s Day Classic website at: https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions. The Redraw will occur at the same location as the original draw.
Prizes do not include upgrades, accessories or additional services. These can be purchased separately. Entries will be collected online on Mother’s Day Classic website https://www.mothersdayclassic.com.au/competitions
Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 60 days from date of claim for prize for delivery.
Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
MDC Foundation Limited do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
Employees of Mother’s Day Classic Foundation are ineligible to enter.
MDC Foundation Limited and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
