1. Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions of Entry include information on how to enter and
prizes. Participation in the ‘Celebrate Easter’ Promotion (‘Promotion’) is deemed acceptance of these
Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. Participation venue: the Promotion is only available at the Lakes Entrance Bowls Club, 35
Rowe Street, Lakes Entrance, 3909, Victoria (‘Venue’). The Promoter is the Lakes Entrance
Bowls Club Inc. (‘Club’).
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to all financial members of the Club who are over 18 years of age.
Entry is not open to employees of the Club who are directly involved in and/or associated
with the conduct of the Promotion, nor their immediate families including spouses, parents,
siblings and children of those employees.
4. How to enter:
a. It is not a precondition of entry to the Promotion that you play a gaming machine, or
participate in a loyalty scheme that requires expenditure on gaming machine play or
agree to receive gaming machine advertising.
b. To qualify to enter the Promotion, members earn points making any purchases and
presenting their Membership Card between 9am Monday 1st March to 6.45pm
Wednesday 31st March 2021.
c. Tickets will be issued from the Club’s Reward Kiosk. Tickets are to be deposited into
the “Celebrate Easter” barrel. All Tickets deposited into the barrel by 7.00pm on
Wednesday 31st March will be included in the Prize Draw and eligible to win a Prize.
d. All tickets deposited in the ticket barrel by 7.00pm on Wednesday 31st March will be
included in the Prize Draw and be eligible to win a Prize.
5. Prize Draw: The Prize Draw will be conducted at the Club and commence at 7.30pm on
Wednesday 31st March 2021. Tickets will be randomly drawn from the ticket barrel and the
winner’s name will be announced. Members are not required to be in attendance due to
current government number restrictions in place (Covid). If a member is present, they may
claim their prize abiding by social distancing rules. All prize winners, not in attendance will
be notified by phone and/or mail.
6. Prizes: 20 Chocolate Easter Egg Hampers. Total prize RRP $1450.00

7. Delivery: The Prizes will be available from the Venue at the conclusion of the Prize Draw.
8. Valid Entries: Only valid tickets issued by the Club will be accepted into the Prize Draw.
Tickets are void if stolen, forged, mutilated, photocopied or tampered with in any way.
9. No waiver: Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a
waiver of those rights.
10. Club’s decision is final: If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the
Prize Draw of the awarding of Prizes, the Club’s decision will be final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
11. Cancellation/delay/modification: If, for any reason whatsoever, any part of the Promotion,
the Prize Draw or the awarding of Prizes is not capable of running as planned, the Club
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, delay, relocate, modify or suspend any or all of the
elements of the Promotion, the Prize Draw or the awarding of Prizes, subject to the written
directions from any regulatory authority.
12. Privacy: Personal information collected for the Promotion will not be used for any purpose
other than for the conduct of the Promotion. All tickets become the property of the Club.
The Club complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. To gain access to your personal
information held by the Club, phone or write to the Venue.
13. Publicity: Players consent to the Club using their name, likeness, image and/or voice
(including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited
period without remuneration for the purpose of advertising the Promotion, and promoting
any of the Club’s products or services.
14. Limitation of Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Club, its
employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever
(including negligence), which is suffered, incurred or sustained in any way in connection with
the Promotion.
15. Governing law: The law of the State of Victoria governs the Promotion.
* Points are earned by making purchases at the Club. Food and Beverage points are earned at a
rate of 1 point per $1 spent. For Members who have separately enrolled to earn points
whilst gaming, points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $10 gaming turnover.
