Terms and Conditions:

You must be an Australian resident aged 16 years or more to participate in the ‘Recharge and Win’ promotion.
Customers who recharge $40 or more on a paid Optus Prepaid Mobile Voice service between 29 March 2021 and 18 July 2021 are eligible to claim up to three instant rewards for each recharge and entry into the major prize draw as per the Major Prize Terms and Conditions.
New customers activating a $40 or more value SIM on a paid Optus Prepaid Mobile Voice service between 29 March 2021 and 18 July 2021 are eligible to claim up to three instant rewards on activation of the SIM and entry into the major prize draw as per the Major Prize Terms and Conditions.
The ‘Recharge and Win’ promotion excludes Optus Prepaid Mobile Broadband services and recipients of gifted recharges or Donate Your Data program.
Each instant reward must be claimed before a customer’s next recharge is made or by 24 July 2021 (whichever comes first).
To claim an instant reward, eligible customers must SMS the chosen reward code to 7777. Claimants will receive a voucher code by SMS corresponding to their chosen reward. While the average SMS confirmation of an instant reward will be received within 15 mins, confirmation SMSs from Optus may take up to 72 hours to arrive in some circumstances.
Customers who have opted out of receiving Optus marketing communications and recharge $40 or more between 29 March 2021 and 18 July 2021 will not be automatically offered instant rewards, but must join the promotion to claim an instant reward by sending the word ‘WIN’ to 7777 each time they make an eligible recharge and then following the steps in paragraph 6 above.
Instant rewards are supplied by third parties. In the event a selected third-party reward can no longer be provided for any reason, Optus or its respective agent reserves the right to withdraw this third-party reward and substitute it with another reward.
Terms and conditions applicable to each instant reward are as per the Instant Rewards Terms and Conditions.
 

Double Data eligibility:

Available on $40 or more recharges made between 29 March 2021 and 18 July 2021 on eligible Optus Prepaid Mobile Voice services with an allocated data allowance. Double data will expire as per your standard recharge expiry.

Excluded plans
- Prepaid Mobile Broadband plans;
- All Daily and Long Expiry plan constructs;
- The first 3 recharges made on Optus Prepaid Epic Data plans within 90 days of activation; Pre-loaded Optus Epic Value SIM packs with 365 day expiry.
Data - All for use in AU. Bonus Data may take up to 72 hours to apply and does not roll over. Data accumulation limits apply depending on your plan. Bonus data will not be added to your service if it exceeds the data accumulation limit for your plan. Bonus data will be forfeited if you change your number or rate plan. Bonus data usage counted in 1KB or 1MB increments depending on your plan.
