NTI Truck Raffle Drawn: Sunday, 16 May 2021 at 2:30 PM The MND and Me Foundation Limited NTI TRUCK RAFFLE The money raised from this raffle will go towards MND Research Australia to support the NTI MND Research Grant and the Fat Rabbit MND Research Grant. The only way we will see a world without MND is via funding research for a cure. This fatal disease takes far too many dads, mums, brothers, sisters and friends from our community each year. Two Australians die from MND every day and two more are diagnosed. About the Raffle Promoter The NTI Truck Raffle will be conducted by The MND and Me Foundation Limited, via its nominee, Jane Milne. The benefitting organisation is The MND and Me Foundation Limited (ABN 34 148 877 141). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation. Beneficiary The money raised from this raffle will go towards MND Research Australia to support the NTI MND Research Grant and the Fat Rabbit MND Research Grant. The Raffle starts at 9.00am AEST on 1 February 2021. The Raffle closes at 2.00pm AEST on 16 May 2021. No entries will be accepted after this time. Relevant States/Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Note: Due to government regulations, Western Australian residents are not permitted to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes. Tickets cannot be purchased by committee members, staff, or contractors of The MND and Me Foundation Limited, NTI Australia, or RaffleTix, or their immediate families, i.e. those living with them. The Prize A restored 1946 Ford Jailbar valued at $90,000 (incl. registration and on road costs). Prize also includes delivery within Australia (valid States only) to the value of $10,000. The total prize value is $100,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Maximum number of tickets 45,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $10.00 each. Draw Details The Draw will take place on Sunday, 16 May 2021 at 2:30pm AEST at Brisbane Convention Centre, Glenelg St, South Brisbane QLD 4101 Draw Method Numbered Raffle Ticket stubs will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first. Notification and Publication of Winners Winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on this website and The MND and Me Foundation Limited, NTI Australia, and RaffleTix Facebook pages. Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook pages for details. Winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday, 21 May 2021. Prize Claim Date Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, except if the winner is from the ACT. If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight on Friday, 11 June 2021 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 2pm AEST on Sunday, 13 June 2021, at MND Centre, 5/28 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Winners are to contact jane@mndandme.com.au in order to claim their prize. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
