Primewest Auburn Megamall Facebook Win A $2000 Gift Card Giveaway
1. Instructions on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter – Primewest Auburn Megamall (PWAM), retailers and agencies associated with PWAM are ineligible.

3. Promotion opens 5pm AEST on Thursday 29th April 2021 and closes 5pm AEST on Sunday 9th May 2021.

4. There is a total of 1 (one) gift card to be won with a total prize value of $2000 including GST.

5. The details of the prize are:

Prize: ‘Instagram Follow, Like and Tag to Win/Facebook Comment and Like’ There is a total of 1 x PWAM gift card to spend at any of our retailers at Primewest Auburn Megamall. The prize is valued at $2000 including GST. Total prize value is $2000 including GST. Prize is not transferrable for cash.

6. To qualify, customers must follow @primewestauburn on Instagram., like one of our “Win A Gift Card” posts and tag 1 friend OR like @primewestauburn on Facebook and comment on one of our “Win A Gift Card” posts.

7. 1 winner will be selected based on a draw at Primewest Auburn Megamall, 265 Parramatta Road, Auburn NSW 2144 at 5pm Sunday 9th May 2021.

8. Prize winner will be notified by private Facebook message or Instagram message, depending on how they entered.

9. Prize winner must present ID to confirm identity to claim prize.

10. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

11. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Prize ia non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of redeeming this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.

15. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. To request details to be removed, please e-mail info@pwam.com.au or write to the Centre Management Office, Primewest Auburn Megamall, 265 Parramatta Rd, Auburn NSW 2144. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our applicable laws.
