Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions apply to Fast & Furious 9 Competition ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, Unit 59 Greenway Wetherill Park 1187 The Horsley Drive Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who pre-order or order Fast & Furious 9 (Cat# DK9672, BDK9672, BDUHDK9672) during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Persons”) at any Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au.
Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
The Promotion commences 08:30am 22/06/2021 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 01/09/2021(“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, pre-order or order Fast & Furious 9 (Cat# DK9672, BDK9672, BDUHDK9672) at any Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au, then on the competition page they must enter their full name, address, store receipt number OR 16 digit order confirmation number, and a 25 words or less answer to the question “What character would you like to play in Fast & The Furious and why?
Only one entry is valid per person per purchase. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
Please note entry is open to Australian residents only.
You must have a valid driver's licence to enter
Our judges will collect the entries once the Promotion has been completed and select the winners based on the merit of the answers received, with creativity and originality taken into consideration. The winners will be contacted by 08/09/2021 and have their name published online.

There will be one (1) winner who will receive the prize of one (1) Professional Stunt Driving Experience for two (2) includes Flights and Accommodation.

Total Maximum Value $5,235 excluding GST (i.e. pending flights costs based on winner’s location)

The personal information and any other information supplied by Entrants when entering this Promotion will be collected and used by Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd (Sanity) for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion including but not limited to, determining the winner of the Promotion and delivery of the prize. Entrant’s details will be added to Sanity’s marketing database for the purpose of receiving future marketing and promotional materials. Please also refer to the Sanity’s Privacy Policy at https://www.sanity.com.au/help/Privacy for more information as entry in this Competition is an agreement to be bound by that policy in respect of personal information submitted in this Promotion. Entrants may have their details removed from Sanity’s database either by writing to The Privacy Officer, Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd of Unit 59 Greenway Wetherill Park 1187 The Horsley Drive Wetherill Park NSW 2164 or by sending an email to feedback@sanity.com.au. If an entrant’s details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Promotion and/or award of prize(s), Entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Sanity reserves the right to amend or alter this Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Prize not available during Australian Public or National holiday periods or during period 12th December 2021 to 27th January 2022.
Winner will be required to provide bank details for EFT Transfer.
Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning. Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
One winner must be over 18 years of age.
Car driver must be 21 or over.
For stunt experience, driver must hold a current (minimum P plate) driver's licence and have experience driving manual cars.
All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room.
A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.
Individual supplier terms and conditions apply.
Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions will be responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport. These conditions apply for all flights.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking
