*Terms and conditions apply. Must be 18+ to enter. The $10,000 prize money must be put towards a trip to Canada through Adventure World Travel. This prize is only applicable to entrants in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, ACT, and NT.
Competition starts February 1st 2022 and ends 25th March 2022. Winner will be drawn on Friday 8th April 2022 and announced by Friday 15th April 2022 on social media. Winner will also be contacted via email and telephone. Prize must be claimed by Wednesday 20th April 2022. The winner is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including valid passport and visa if required.
The Prize is only valid with Adventure World Travel and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated in these terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel by 31 December 2023, whether the failure was due to reasons beyond the Winner's control or otherwise, then the Winner will forfeit the Prize.
Adventure World Travel employees, their friends and family are not entitled to enter the draw. In the event of a prize being unavailable due to circumstances beyond Adventure World Travel’s control, a substitute prize of similar value will be given at Adventure World Travel’s discretion. Adventure World Travel reserves the right to alter the competition criteria.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Adventure World Travel (including its officers, employees, agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for all personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
