Final prize models and specifications will be determined by Crunch Fitness at their discretion upon selection of winner, and winner is responsible for Oura subscription after initial 6 months. Prizes, colours and models may vary and if unavailable will be substituted for a similar prize at Crunch’s discretion.  Winner will be obligated to participate in some marketing/promotional activities around competition. Crunch Fitness shall not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected) with this promotion.
Crunch shall not be liable for the loss of any prize during distribution to the winner. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
