Title: Win 1/10 copies of “Leilong’s Too Long” book - Sunday Telegraph - NSW only
Post by: culturebird on Sunday 24 April 2022, 07:23:35 am
HOW do you get to school? It could be by walking, by car or by bus … well, how about by brontosaurus? In this book by Julia Liu, illustrated by Bei Lynn, brontosauruses share the city’s roads with ordinary vehicles.

Every morning, Leilong the school bus shuttles through the city, picking up children as he goes, sticking his head into their bedroom and letting them slide down his neck.

But a brontosaurus longer than a tennis court causes big problems in the busy streets.

The school decides he can’t be the bus anymore. The children must find a way to help their giant friend … Leilong’s Too Long is out now, published by award-winning Walker Books.

To celebrate its release, Funday has 10 copies to give away.

To enter, colour in the picture and then ask your parent or carer to take a photograph and email it to funday@sundaytelegraph.com.au.

Please put Leilong in the subject line and fill in the coupon with your details.

It also helps to put those details at the top of the email as sometimes Harry finds it hard to read handwriting.

Entries must be in by Thursday so the winners can be published on the Health Hacker page in next week’s Sunday Telegraph.

Harry the dog and the Funday team will only select the best 10 entries to receive the books, so get creative!
