TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Competition closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, 8th May, 2022. Exclusive to members of The nextra Group Rewards Program.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 00:01 AEST Saturday, 9th April, 2022, and closes at Close of Store Trade on Sunday, 8th May, 2022.
3. To enter, individuals must:
• Purchase any product from a participating nextra Group Newsagency;
• Scan a registered Rewards Card at the point of purchase.
4. Limit one (1) entry per purchase at any participating nextra Group Outlet.
5. This is a game of chance, the draw of which will take place at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006 at 8:30am Wednesday, 18th May, 2022. The winners will be randomly generated using an electronic drawing system.
6. The winners will be notified by telephone and mail using the contact details registered by the Cardholder, and will be published on the company Website (www.nextra.com.au) on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022.
7. If any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 8:30am Thursday, 18th August, 2022, at The nextra Group Head Office, 1/1 Ross Street, NEWSTEAD QLD 4006, and the winner/s will be announced and published on the company Website (www.nextra.com.au) on Thursday, 25th August, 2022.
8. There are eight (8) prizes available exclusively to nextra Group Rewards Card Members –

Total RRP Value Per Prize is $329.95 incl GST.
Total combined value of all Prizes is $2,639.60 incl GST.
9. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
10. The Promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related corporate bodies and each of their officers, agents, employees and the immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse or de facto partner, whether or not they live in the same household. It includes step-relations (e.g. step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.
11. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
