TPG Terms
The Proposal Guru (TPG) will provide the prize winners (participants) proposal styling and photography (up to 30 edited photos) to the value of $2800.


Liability - TPG does not accept liability or responsibility for injury to persons or loss, theft or damage to property, equipment, or belongings brought to/from/during an event.   The participants agree to indemnify and undertake to hold the Aggrieved Party harmless against any claim, proceeding, suit or demand that is made, threatened or commenced against the TPG.
Postponement - If the Event is cancelled due to poor weather, an issue of significance or legal requirement of TPG, or a Force Majeure Event which results in restrictions on travel, public gatherings and events, which makes it impossible for the Event to take place in its entirety or to the extent contemplated within the Brief, or otherwise make it impossible for TPG travel to event location, the event will be postponed to a mutually agreeable day and time within one month of the original date.
Photography/Video - The participants will receive up to 30 edited photos. The participants will receive three photos within 24 hours. The remaining photos will be edited and sent within 3 days. The participants will also receive a tripod-mounted video. This footage has perspective (the proposal area) and is not edited.
Intellectual Property - The participants acknowledges and agrees, TPG shall maintain all intellectual property rights in the Results and Proceeds of its photography/video services. TPG grants the participants an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the Results and Proceeds of the intellectual property for non-commercial purposes (only), to the extent permitted by law.   
TPG and other suppliers within the experience may use any photographs, videos or audio captured on TPG and suppliers websites, social media channels, media and blogs, and for republishing on reputable third-party blogs, websites, newspapers, magazines and television channels, for advertising purposes, for the duration of the copyright and without further notice to the participants, to the extent permitted by law.
Well-Being - It is the participant's responsibility to communicate to TPG and suppliers any health concern, symptom, dietary requirement or injury that may affect your event.

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane- S-Class valet service from hotel to dinner, value $250
T&Cs would align with the restaurant timings for the valet service and only redeemable on the evening of hotel reservations

City Winery – dinner for two people value $550 includes 4 x course dining experience consisting of starters, entrees, mains, sides + dessert. Hosted in the James St Winery among the barrels. Glass of matched wine with each course, as well as a bottle of your favourite wine from the evening to take home with you
