To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: purchase a Ultimate Gift Card (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any Participating Venue; and visit www.ultimategiftcardscompetition.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and complete address), enter the Ultimate gift card’s PCN number (located on the back of the activation slip provided), upload a scanned copy or photo of the activation slip of the gift card, and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter. The scanned copy or photo of the activation slip of the gift card must clearly show the card number, store number and date. If these details (card number, store number and date) are not clear on the activation slip, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry. The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry. Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: limit five (5) entries permitted per person per day; maximum of one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase; and each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
