Please put “My Dad’s A Pirate” in the subject line and fill in the coupon so we can contact you if you are a winner. It also helps to put your details at the top of the email as sometimes harry the dog finds it hard to read handwriting. Entries must be in by Thursday so the winners can be published on the Health Hacker page in next week's Sunday Telegraph. Harry the dog and the Funday team will only pick the best 10 entries to receive the books, so make sure you get creative.
