Closing Date for entry will be 11:59pm AEST 27th September 2022. After this time and date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Eligible Entrants:

Entry is only open to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory residents aged 18 years and over who subscribe by fully completing and submitting the registration form during the Promotion Period. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the supplier of the Prize) and their immediate families may not enter.
Entry Method:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must:
Subscribe by fully completing and submitting the entry form
Additional entries can be earned by using the dedicated links on the entry form to visit The Promoter’s Facebook & Instagram Pages.
Completion of the Entry Form will be consenting to subscribe to and receive email communication from The Promoter.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received.
Entries permitted
Entrants have the ability for a Maximum of 11 entries into the Draw by following the Entry Method.
 
Prizes:
1st Prize: 1 x Oaklyn 7 Piece Dining Setting valued at $2,499.00
2nd Prize: 1 x San Lucas 7 Piece Bar Setting valued at $1999.00
 
Eligible Entrants agree that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
There will be two prizes drawn. The winners will be drawn by a Computerised Random Draw Selection (randomdraws.com.au) at the Promoter’s address (above) at 9:00am AEST on 30th September 2022. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning the Prizes.
The winner will be notified by the Promoter in writing via email on 30th September 2022 using the contact details provided with the winning entry. The winner must respond to the email by 9:00am AEST on 3rd October 2022 in order to claim the Prize. The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the Prize is unclaimed by 9:01am AEST on 3rd October 2022 or is forfeited, the prize will be re-drawn by a Computerised random Draw Selection (randomdraws.com.au) at the Promoter’s address.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification suitable for verification will be at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter will (at the Promoter’s expense) deliver the Prize to a nominated address supplied by the winner provided the address is within 20km of an Amart Furniture store.  If the winner is unable to nominate a delivery address that is not within 20km of an Amart Furniture Store, the winner must collect the Prize from an Amart Furniture Store or arrange for delivery of the Prize at the winner’s expense. If, within 28 Days of the Prize being claimed, the winner has not collected the Prize or arranged for its delivery (where the winner is required to do so) a re-draw will occur by Computerised Random Draw Selection (randomdraws.com.au) at the Promoter’s address at 9:00am AEST on 3rd November 2022.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to this Promotion (including any decision as to Prize distribution) is final. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Subject to the Promoter’s obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, the Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter and may be disclosed to the Promoter’s agents to conduct the Promotion and distribute the Prize. The Promoter may also collect and use this information for future marketing purposes, including contacting entrants electronically. The winner’s name and suburb will be published as required by under the relevant lottery legislation.  By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in these Conditions of Entry.
