Promotional Period Opens Monday October 17th, 2022
Ends Saturday December 3rd, 2022
Contesting Period All days and times, from 5 am October 17th till
midnight Friday December 2nd.
Entry Requirements Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants will be required to spend a minimum
of $10 in any participating store. The receipt of
purchase must then be photographed and
uploaded on either promotional webpage.
Entrants are able to enter multiple times, but
must only be 1 time per receipt across both
station webpages.
Prize Draw All entrants will be compiled, and placed inside
a prize barrel supplied by Star101.9 and 4MK.
During Carols in the Garden, an MC will blindly
pick 1 random ticket, who’ll win the entire prize
pool.
Major Prize Details In excess of $20,000
Prize Claim and Delivery The prize winner will be eligible to collect a
compilation of vouchers to redeem in
participating stores, reflecting the prize agreed.
Additional Conditions Conduct of the entire promotion, including
decisions on eligibility of persons to entire and
validity of entry and prizes, shall be the
responsibility of the promoter.
To the extent that a situation or issue arises for
which these terms and conditions make no
provision or in relation to which the relevant
terms and conditions are unclear, the Promoter
reserves the right to make a decision regarding
such situation or issue which is not inconsistent
with these terms and conditions.
While the promoter intends to conduct the
promotion as offered, the promoter reserves
the right to cancel or change the promotion or
prize offered in the promotion if it can no
longer continue the promotion or offer a prize
due to circumstances outside the promoter’s
control.
Any entrant who tampers, or attempts to
tamper, with the entry processes or tampers, or
attempts to tamper with the processes used for
the draws or who submits an entry which is not
valid in accordance with these terms will be
subject to disqualification at the discretion of
the promoter
