Terms and Conditions:

The promoter is Sony Music Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 95 107 133 184) of 11-19 Hargrave Street, East Sydney, NSW, 2010 (Promoter).
3. The Competition commences at 12.00pm AEDT on Monday, 11 October 2022 and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday, 24 October 2022 (Competition Period). Promoter may extend the closing date in its sole discretion. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt NOT at the time of sending by entrants. Late entries will not be eligible.
Eligibility
4. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years of age and older, other than as set out in clause 5.
5. Employees and agents of Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
How to enter
6. To enter the Competition, entrants must: (i) HaveanactiveSpotifyaccount;
(ii) Go to Competition Form
(iii)Choose to save Jess Day’s (the, Artist) Complete Collection playlist on Spotify via the Competition Form;
(iv)Complete your first name, last name, postcode, mobile number and email address on the Competition Form;

(v) Answer in 25 words or less ‘What are your favourite Jess Day song of Jess Day’s EP ‘The Lovers (Reversed)’ and why?’ on the Competition Form (the Entry);
(vi)Read and then tick where indicated to agree to the Competition terms and conditions and privacy policy which can be accessed via the Competition Form; and
(vii) Click ‘Submit’ on the Competition Form to submit the Entry

7. Entry is limited to one (1) Entry per account holder.

Prizes and Judging:


8. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

9. The one (1) most creative and entertaining entry as judged by Promoter in its sole discretion will be deemed the winner (the, Winner).
The Winner will receive:
a) one (1) double pass ticket to see the Artist perform live at one of her shows (the, Performance) on her next Australian Tour in 2023 closest to the Winner’s place of residence (Performance dates and locations listed below); and
b) one (1) Dr Martens gift voucher (Gift Voucher) to the value of Two Hundred Australian Dollars (A$200).

• Thursday 16 February 2023 - Northcote Social Club, Melbourne VIC
• Friday 17 February 2023 - The Lansdowne, Sydney NSW
• Thursday 23 February 2023 - Black Bear Lodge, Brisbane QLD
• Friday 24 February 2023 - Jive, Adelaide SA.

The Prize is valued at approximately A$260.

For the avoidance of doubt, the exact locations, dates and times of the Performance may be subject to change at the Promoter’s sole discretion and in accordance with Australian Government health regulations and restrictions.
10. The entries will be judged no later than 6.00pm AEDT on Monday, 7 November 2022. The Winner will be notified by email according to the email address and/or via mobile according to the mobile number provided with their Entry. The Promoter will contact the Winner from the following email address: comps.au@sonymusic.com. Further details relating to Prize redemption will be provided at this time.
General Terms
11. The Winner is only entitled to the relevant Prize as outlined above and is not entitled to any additional prizing or cash reimbursement to compensate for any difference in actual Prize redemption cost and maximum value. No Prize is transferable nor can any Prize be taken as cash other than as specifically set out in these terms and conditions. No compensation is payable if the Winner cannot receive any aspect of the Prize for any reason including but not limited to inability to travel due to illness or COVID-19 related restrictions.
12. Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
