TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The competition, is being conducted by Burnside Village Pty Ltd, of 447 Portrush Road,
Glenside SA 5065 (“Burnside Village”).
2. Entry is open to all Burnside Village customers. Burnside Village employees, store-owners,
retailers and their families are ineligible to enter. Solitaire Automotive Group employees are
ineligible to enter.
3. Any entrant under the age of 18 needs to seek the permission of a parent or legal guardian
prior to submitting their entry.
4. To enter the competition, customers must spend $80 or more in any one single transaction at
any retail store or Coles, or $15 at any café or food outlet within Burnside Village where the
customer will receive an entry form with a code. Customers go to
http://www.burnsidevillage.com.au to submit their entry including their unique code.
Customers can also utilise the QR code on the entry form to take them directly to the entry
page on the website.
5. One entry is limited to each purchase made to the amounts aforementioned. Any form of
automatised entry using any devices or software is invalid.
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to
disqualify any individual or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including
but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries with a single
purchase or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. There are eight (8) winners. Seven (7) weekly winners who shall receive a Burnside Village
gift card each to the value of $1000 and one (1) major prize winner who shall receive an Audi
A3 35 1.4L TFSI 110kW Sedan with Glacier White Metallic paint (excluding Lane Change
Assist, Park System and Park Assist) (“the Major Prize”).
8. The competition commences 7.00am on Monday 31 October 2022 and ends 5.00pm
Saturday 24 December 2022.
9. All valid entries received from 7.00am on Monday 31 October to 11.59pm on Sunday 6
November will be entered into the Week 1 draw. All valid entries received from 12.00am
Monday 7 November to 11.59pm Sunday 13 November will be entered into the Week 2 draw.
All valid entries received from 12.00am on Monday 14 November to 11.59pm Sunday 20
November will be entered into the Week 3 draw. All valid entries received from 12.00am on
Monday 21 November to 11.59pm Sunday 27 November will be entered into the Week 4
draw. All valid entries received from 12.00am on Monday 28 November to 11.59pm on
Sunday 4 December will be entered into the Week 5 draw. All valid entries received from
12.00am Monday 5 December to 11.59pm on Sunday 11 December will be entered into the
Week 6 draw. All valid entries received from 12.00am Monday 12 December to 11.59pm on
Sunday 18 December will be entered into the Week 7 draw.
10. All valid weekly entries received during the weekly promotion period will be entered into that
weekly prize draw and all valid entries received during the full promotion period will be
entered in the major prize draw.
11. The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):
1. Must complete all other details requested on the Entry Form;
2. An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held to be
ineligible and have their entry removed from the competition.
12. There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit as long as they have
purchased goods to the aforementioned values per entry entered.
13. Entries must be completed online using the entry code by 5.00pm CDT on Saturday 24
December 2022. Late entries will not be accepted.
14. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. The weekly prize winner will need to collect their prize from Burnside Village Shopping
Centre, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065. The major prize winner will need to collect
the prize from Solitaire Automotive Group, 26 Belair Road, Hawthorn, SA, 5062 within 14
days of the winner being notified.
16. The winning entries will be randomly electronically drawn, using the computerised drawing
system already approved by the OLGC under approval number 959, at Burnside Village, 447
Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065. Week 1 winner drawn at 2.30pm on Monday 7
November. Week 2 winner drawn at 2.30pm on Monday 14 November. Week 3 winner drawn
at 2.30pm on Monday 21 November. Week 4 winner drawn at 2.30pm Monday 28 November.
Week 5 winner drawn at 2.30pm Monday 5 December. Week 6 winner drawn at 2.30pm
Monday 12 December. Week 7 winner drawn at 2.30pm Monday 19 December. The major
prize winner drawn at 1.00pm on Wednesday 28 December 2022. A proof of purchase will be
required to validate each winning entry.
17. In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent
or legal guardian on their behalf.
18. The winners must claim their prize within two (months) of the Promoter sending notification. If
the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer
the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
19. The unclaimed prizes entries will be randomly electronically drawn, using the computerised
drawing system already approved by the OLGC under approval number 959, at Burnside
Village, 447 Portrush Road, Glenside, SA, 5065 at 10.00am on Monday 28 February 2023.
20. The winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw will be published in The Advertiser Newspaper on
Friday 3 March 2023.
21. The winner of each prize shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw and all winners
will be published in The Advertiser Newspaper on Friday 6 January 2023.
22. The total prize pool is $64,822.19. The total value of weekly prizes is $7000. The total value
of the major prize is $57,822.19, which includes the Audi A3 35 1.4L TFSI 110kw Sedan with
Glacier White Metallic paint (excluding Lane Change Assist, Park System and Park Assist),
18 inc 5-Arm Platinum Grey Alloy Wheels and Heated Front Seats and valued at $45,890.89,
compulsory third party insurance and registration valued at $672.21, dealer delivery valued at
$4,281.82, stamp duty valued at $1,960 and GST of $5,017.27
23. Insurance cover will be provided up to the day of delivery to winner, after this time, the
insurance cover is at the discretion of the vehicle winner.
24. The participant will be responsible for the delivery of the prize should the winner be outside
South Australia.
25. The winner should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect of receiving the prize.
26. The decision as to the winner of the prize is final and no further correspondence will be
entered into.
27. By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the information on the
Entry Form stored, retained and used by Burnside Village, Audi Solitaire or any of its related
companies for the purpose of sending to the participant other promotional material from
Burnside Village, Audi Solitaire or any of its related companies or affiliates.
28. Burnside Village will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended) in
relation to the storage, use and record-keeping of the participant’s personal information it
receives on the Entry Form.

30. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including
by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the
Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and
invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory
regulation.
31. The image of the Audi A3 shown is used for illustration purposes only, in which it may not
depict the exact same features of the vehicle that is to be given away in this competition. To
