Promoter Palm Oasis Ventures Pty Ltd for Baskin-Robbins Australia whose registered office is at Suite 2, Level 8, 301 Coronation Drive, Milton QLD 4064.
Competition Period The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 14th December 2022 and closes at midnight local time on 31st March, 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Eligible Entrants The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 14 years or over except employees of Baskin-Robbins and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Entry Mechanic To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:

Entry Fee There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
Entry Limit 1 entry per person.
Judging The winner will be selected at random, utilizing a randomized algorithm by April 9th, 2023.
Major Prize Details: Major Prize details: There is only one major prize to be won, the prize includes: ‘FREE Ice Cream For Life’Equates to vouchers that entitles the bearer to 52 x Regular Scoops each year, over 30 years at one store.1 x Scoop available for redemption per week over 52 weeks x 30 years (1,560 redemptions in total).Prizes must be redeemed via the Baskin-Robbins Rewards app.Any portion of the vouchers that remain unused after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void.Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. The winners will be notified by email.Total maximum major prize value is up to AUD $8,424.

This competition is a game of Chance. The winning entry or entries will be the entry or entries that are selected at a random draw.
The major prize winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

If the winner of the prize is located where a store does not accept the Rewards app, a paper voucher will be mailed to a nominated address.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prizes can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and entry in any publicity material.
